Evaluations
We'll outline your child's path to success.
At Tender Age Pediatric Therapies, our experienced evaluators are trained in the typical development of children and to assess the abilities of children who may be at risk of developmental delay. These children may need an intervention by a service provider in order to reach their full potential. Tender Age can provide evaluations in the areas of special education, psychological evaluations, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech, and vision. Evaluations can be done through Suffolk County’s Early Intervention Program at no out-of-pocket cost to the family.
Tender Age is not a 4410 and we are unable to do preschool evaluations through your child’s home school district at this time. We can provide private evaluations for students that are 3-5 years old.
