Early Intervention
An early start to success.
Tender Age Pediatric Therapies is an approved Suffolk County provider of Early Intervention services. Children from birth to 3 years old with special needs are eligible to receive services. Eligibility for Early Intervention services is determined by an interdisciplinary evaluation. A child will receive services if the evaluation shows a significant developmental delay.
If you suspect your child has a developmental delay, please contact the Suffolk County Early Intervention Program at the following number: 631.853.3100. An Early Intervention evaluation and E.I. therapies are provided to eligible children at no financial cost to the families.
